Hilot Healing Massage
The old way, by warm hands
Traditional Filipino hilot with virgin coconut oil and banana-leaf reading to find where the body holds its tension.
Hilom · a quiet kind of healing
Twelve floors below, Makati keeps rushing. Up here, time loosens its grip. Traditional Filipino hilot, warm stones, quiet rooms — and an hour that belongs entirely to you.

Our philosophy
In Filipino, hilom describes the quiet way a wound closes — not forced, never hurried. We built this place around that word: seven rooms, warm light, therapists trained in the manghihilot tradition, and no clocks on the walls.
Every session begins the same way — three slow breaths, a warm compress, and permission to do absolutely nothing. The city will keep your place in line. It always does.
“We don't fix bodies here. We remind them how to rest.”
Aling Remedios Buenviaje · Founding Manghihilot
Treatments
Every treatment includes a warm welcome compress, ginger tea, and ten unhurried minutes in the quiet room afterwards. No one will rush you out.
The old way, by warm hands
Traditional Filipino hilot with virgin coconut oil and banana-leaf reading to find where the body holds its tension.
Heat that goes deeper than hands
Smooth basalt stones from Albay rivers, warmed and drawn slowly along the spine to melt stubborn knots.
Sampaguita, lemongrass, calm
Long Swedish strokes with essential oil blends pressed from Philippine botanicals. Choose calm, clarity, or sleep.
Skin, returned to itself
Calamansi enzyme cleanse, papaya polish, and a cooling cucumber-aloe mask. Gentle enough for stressed city skin.
Two mats, one quiet room
Side-by-side hilot or aromatherapy in our garden suite, with ginger tea and bibingka to close the hour.
For feet that carried you here
Lemongrass foot soak, salt scrub, and a focused hilot for the feet and calves of the chronically standing.

Our therapists' full repertoire in one slow arc — soak, scrub, hilot, stone, and stillness. Most guests book it before a hard week. The wise ones book it after.

From the quiet room
I cried a little during the hilot and my therapist just said, 'Okay lang po iyan.' I've been going back every month for two years.

My wife and I do the Couples Sanctuary every anniversary. The bibingka after is non-negotiable at this point.

Flew in from Cebu for meetings, walked out of the Hilom Ritual with my shoulders two inches lower. Worth scheduling the flight around.
